Circus performers, Stephen McGinley and Amelie Bal will be covering juggling, flower sticks and balancing. Designed for children (4+) and their adults! Guaranteed fun for both. Workshops limited to 30 participants each. Duration 45mins. Loose clothing is advisable.

Family yoga is not your typical yoga class, ( for those who already attend a yoga session) This session will focus more on story, partner poses and play! The main outcome of the event is about connecting parents and children through a fun, family focused, yoga session.
